Mattress Firm Lake Walden Square — Hotel in Plant City

I stopped into Mattress Firm in Walden Square around 7:15 pm after a long day of travel and was greeted with a warm welcome by two associates, but was helped by Brandon M. I told him what I was looking for and he walked me around the store for over an hour, and past closing, might I add - weighing all of my options and answering every question I could think of. I requested multiple different quotes for payment plans to see which would be most affordable for me, and he was patient, attentive, and efficient throughout. I found the mattress I wanted, but unfortunately they did not have it in store, and I needed it asap. He placed an order for me that night to pick up my mattress at the local warehouse the next morning. He printed out detailed instructions to do so, making the pickup process seamless.

I would highly recommend consulting with Brandon M if you are planning on heading to a Mattress Firm. His customer service skills were excellent - he was patient, kind, and extremely helpful in determining which mattress would suit me best. Grateful to Francisco who is exemplary for what Customer Service should be like at stores. He absolutely took the time to explain everything in detail to me about the mattress that I should get for my mom. I had many phone calls with them back-and-forth to make sure I got the right one and he helped me every step of the way.

If more If more representatives were like Francisco, The credibility of what Customer Service should be about would be upheld.

I had a bad situation with the New York representative for mattress firm who gave me the wrong details messed up my order and then the store refused to help me out further.

Somehow, by sheer luck, I was able to reach a Florida store and randomly connected with Francisco , he took the time to listen to my story and situation. He apologized for how I was treated, and he went out of his way to help me out with my order; he made sure everything was done on time and that the best care was given that I needed it my mom.

Well for probably a couple of years I have had issues with a sciatica nerve and this past couple of weeks it really showed its ugly face so my husband and I were looking at several different stores for different beds I was just at first going to get me just a mattress and then we went into mattress firm and Brandon and the gentleman in there was very very informative and took me from a to z literally and the minute that I laid on the bed I felt such relief. Then I was thinking about it because I really was not sure about that because I also wanted to look at a numbers bed but I was in so much pain that I went to the mattress firm in Plant City the lady was able to pull up all of my information and I did tell her unfortunately that the package that I had been offered before was just a little much for me and that's the thing that held me back getting it that particular day so we ran through some other numbers and came out with a system that I am ecstatic about getting on the first of March 2022 The whole experience from the first mattress firm to the second was very...
