The owner and his family have always been extremely knowledgeable and willing to teach you how to use, operate, and care for your technology equipment. I have not only had my computers and tablets serviced here but have also purchased many systems from PCU including laptops, desktops, and gaming consoles! They are hands on and even offer remote services to help you! It is a shame that someone sabotaged their original Google page as Google removed it with no warning! I visited the shop in hopes of getting an older laptop repaired. They hooked my laptop up to an external monitor and told me they could not repair it and I should just buy another computer. They then charged me $40 just to hook up an external monitor, calling that diagnosis- which is actually a 12step process. I paid them then took my computer to BLUE THUMB in downtown Plant City, which has free diagnostics, and they repair my computer for $40. BEWARE going there, they charge for a diagnosis they don't properly...

Unfortunately I couldn’t get his name but I had a great time. I took my old Xbox 360 in to get cleaned and to see if anything could be wrong with it internally. Luckily other than maybe a tiny loose part and A lot of dirt built up All was good. The man that helped was super chill and really helpful with all the extra questions I had for him.
