Fast & Easy Mart — Local services in Pleasant Hill

They are more than just kind. They treat their customers, especially regulars like family. They know almost everyone by name and always listen to their updates. That is the personable side. The professional side; they are clean, well stocked, and have even been known to carry items that a frequent customer purchases regularly. They have a Fantastic beer selection (and I’m not a beer drinker) and everything is merchandised in a beautifully lit, well stocked refrigerated section. Only 3 people look after the the store. Constantly. Chris, Sheryl, and Avitar. They work extremely hard, know their product, and will even offer particular beverages cold vs warm (the extra mile). Furthermore, even if fatigued, they power through with a smile. I have introduced many neighbors to this local mart and they too have made it their regular place. We will drive the long block to shop at this store vs closer marts. I, especially am appreciative. Sometimes I feel they are my “one stop shop” as they meet “above and beyond” many...

Came in here recently a little before midnight, the hours say till 1 am btw. They were super rude and annoyed that I wanted to buy something. Someone else came in after us and they were rude to him as well. Money is money, your customers are what will keep your business open. Have we forgotten the pandemic already? Good beer selection (Pliny, Blind Pig, Stone, Cali Craft, Firestone (not just 805)). one of the only places near by to get some craft beer. Super nice staff.
