I ordered 2 chicken tacos, 1 fish taco, 1 super nachos & 1 Cheese Quesadilla over phone for take out. I walked to pickup the food and paid left the place without checking is everything in the order is there or is salsa's provided in the bag or not. My bad, I didn't..
I reached home opened bag in front of kids and there is NO Cheese Quesadilla which was ordered and paid. Quesadilla was for kids as they don't like tacos. It was so frustrating and I called their number. They don't even apologized for their mistake.
They tried giving refund to my card and it was not working. They asked me to come again to get cash refund or get the Quesadilla. I walked over 3 miles as I don't have car as we recently moved to this location. Now I need to go to the shop again to get a cash refund within 2 days. Pathetic experience.
It would have been better at least the food what we got taste good, but it was so plain and no mexican food taste at all. Tacos were soggy and not able to take it. There was no salsa's in the bag, I am not sure I had to pick it up there or not, at least it would have mentioned.
Horrible...
Read moreLittle hole in the wall taqueria in the Rosewood Pavillion off Santa Rita, in P-Town. First visit here as well. For fourteen-bucks, I ordered/got the regular burrito [no rice] with grilled chicken and beans. Burrito was tall/narrow, mission-style burrito. Not getting rice, meant I got lots of beans, which wouldn't have been an issue if they weren't so bland [chicken was too]. While the burrito was a good sized serving [again, mostly beans], both the beans and grilled chicken were bland w/very little flavor. It was one of the blandest burritos I have ever eaten. It's a shame, because the tortilla was freshly grilled and might have even been freshly made too. Service was OK. I would only return, if I was in this area again. Otherwise, there are so many good places to get this kind of food in the Tri-Valley, that a special trip here would be a waste of...
Read moreOrdered flautas plate via door dash. A few suggestions for the restaurant:
Do not flood food in sour cream, makes it soggy. Instead put on the side in separate container like the salsa came in.
Do not pile lettuce (iceberg lettuce is pretty much water) and a giant slice of tomato on top, makes food soggy. Nobody eats that lettuce and tomato, it's a horrible garnish and a waste.
Flavor your food, a little salt goes a long way.
Refried beans were obviously from a can. Use fresh beans, makes a world of a difference.
When you give the option of "beef", use shredded beef instead of cheap ground beef. That's just gross.
By the time I received my food, the flautas were so moist that they just ripped apart (door dash driver was not late and it was only 1.5 miles from me).
Would never eat from this place again, I suggest others...
