We love this place for two reasons. One we get "Texas Orange" or to an Indian, "Sweet Lime". We had searched for this in several stores and we were unable to find it until somebody suggested this store.

We usually avoid Chinese stores since the smell gets us. My wife is particularly sensitive to smell and given that they sell sea-food as well, we kept out of it. But then, we just decided to give this store a try one evening.

The smell is there, but then it is very manageable. The place is very clean and very well organized. The vegetables and fruits appear very fresh and we have already been there a few times and no complaints on the produce. We do get Texas Oranges and Guavas. We havent tried anything else, but the store is massive and well stocked. The staff is friendly too. Dont expect a Target/Safeway kind of customer service, but the staff are pleasant and they speak English.

Parking is good. It is located in a complex full of other shops and hence you find plenty of parking spaces. There is a Panda Express close to this market. The market also has several stores. If you are looking for porcelain decorative items, there is a huge store inside this market as well. We havent ventured into completely explored this place. We will do it one...

Seriously, 99 Ranch, you can do better than this! Your sales is supported by local Chinese community, because you are the single largest market of Asian food and grocery, yet things sold at your store is with mixed quality.

Today I got this Liangquanqimei ā€œJay Chouā€ pancake, which is our family’s favorite, and we have been buying this brand/type many many times. However, the item I got today (9/7/20121) is already passing ā€œbest before dateā€. If it’s 50% off, I can easily spot it, by checking the back and all that. BUT, there’s no obvious discount tag, and this one is already 3 months passing the date. It’s taste, let me put it, like some chemical flavor with stale taste, dry, and really bad. I know this is not something expensive, only $3.99, but one bad shopping experience could easily ruin one’s impression towards everything else sold in the store.

Not even to mention some other groceries bought there, like lychee is not sweet at all, dates being pretty dry and not sweet at all…..

99 Ranch, enough is enough. You should really label that in a very obvious location that the item is passed best taste date, or simply put it down from...

I ordered on the app yesterday to get some snacks all the items said they where in stock the time I received a notification that my order was ready to pick up today I saw on my online receipt that they made price adjustment for the pancit I ordered a total of 16 pancit my cart was 23 items but because I’ll be giving some to friends etc there 69 cents a piece and for 4 it’s 2.76 and they adjusted it to 2.13 due to high demand for and another item for a total of 5.95 money back on my account taking within a week and I got charged for 33.87 and final was 26. 97 I still got charged 33$ and I asked the Asian lady she was hella rude to begin with was hard for me to even understand her I only asked if I will get the refund back on my card but I guess she thought I said cash back or something in store but 7 days to wait ? Improve better and don’t say items are ā€œstockedā€ online and the changing prices to get a little extra out of it . And on top of that they got money back on a coupon I put in 🫠they instead of me gaining anything back I pretty much lost a good amount of...

I had a very disappointing experience here. After getting home and reviewing my receipt, I realized I was charged extra for bagged garlic that I never purchased. The charge was slipped in between other products, which feels intentional. On top of that, the cashier was completely silent throughout the entire transaction; no greeting, no communication, no thank you. It felt unprofessional and left me with a very negative impression. I want to warn other customers….always double check your receipt before leaving the store. Mistakes like this cost money and create a very negative shopping experience. I expect much better accuracy and professionalism from this store.

It's always fishy inside here I don't even know why. It smells strongly of rotten fish and it lingers on your clothes. The food here is pretty expensive and getting progressively more expensive. Very sad. Very sad indeed. You are ok and yes u find the below attachment you sent this. You should bully him a call tomorrow and we should I just come in. You can get the audience is the only thing that would work Samantha I.
