Given our dietary restrictions, finding a quality halal burger is a rare delight, so we eagerly ventured inside.

Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by a friendly cashier who expertly guided us through their array of options displayed on a sleek touchscreen kiosk. The majority of the customer experience up to that point was self-service, allowing us to select and pay for our chosen items effortlessly. Opting for a regular cheeseburger, a delectable mushroom burger, and a serving of six chicken wings, we found the prices to be remarkably fair – perhaps the most reasonable we've encountered in the realm of halal burgers.

Observing other patrons picking up large orders, it became evident that IniBurger also caters to special events, making it a prime destination for satisfying culinary cravings on such occasions. After a brief 20-minute wait, our eagerly anticipated feast arrived. The burgers, to put it simply, were nothing short of extraordinary. I just wanna update my review since I changed the experience around for myself even though I ended up spending up to $47 in total. I reached out to a customer care agent and told the lady about my disappointment. I made up my mind to make another order (now American style Burger or so) which was a bit cheaper and asked that they put my Burger bun in it. Lol all this wouldn’t have happened if I had a burger bun at home. Well 5 stars.

Old Review; I almost cried when my order came. Maybe because I was so hungry and is trying this place for the first time or the fact that I had aa really serious headache and was waiting for my order to come to me so fast so I can take some ibuprofen and rest my head. Or finally, the fact that I never expected my burger to come without the bun itself. I saw some good reviews about the Nashville and a friend told me to also try this place because I was looking for a halal option too. I selected my burger and saw a lettuce wrap under toppings which I selected and it was free. First year in America me was thinking that the option mean that the lettuce will be added to my burger. I never knew they will take out the buns. Really??? So, what’s the point of me buying the burger in the first place if I was gonna eat in alone in a lettuce wrap. Really?? Tbh I almost cried. I don’t even wanna eat it anymore and is just lowkey mad about making the order in the first place. No matter how good the stuff there is, I have a bad experience and I feel bad about it. I almost immediately made a new order and ask for my burger buns missing from the previous one but am I really ready to spend another $27 because I wanna get the satisfaction of eating burger. I want to thank Yalda for her amazing customer service and making sure her customer are happy and satisfied. I loved that she was calm, collective and help resolve the issue. Yes the one person I spoke to prior wasn't as fair but having a manager who handle issue like Yalda keep customer coming back and we'll deserve the rating a restaurant gets. Thank you for addressing my order mix up issue today.

I've not visited this location but yes I have had burger from here that were for a luncheon.

It was a large order for 35+ student and 10 adults. It was a supper rainy day which meant hunger student and staff. They made sure every burger were made to perfection. Being it was a large order every burger was perfect perfect and not one over cooked. Not one person complained that their burger was dry missing some thing or flavorless. That's a win in my book.

We ordered the Malibu chicken burger and bigi Americano, Each order came with a side of fries. The burgers are a good size, super filling. We ended up with alot of fries to share.

Would I come again yes. I wasn't aware of this location. I've been to the Fremont location and have always been greeted with the same type of customer service and amazing burgers. Why I love INI menu is because it is the perfect mix for a family with little ones and adults. Adults can order full size burgers. I love the they have mini burger and you can customize your mini box, perfect for the little ones.
