I want to start out my saying that I never thought the most difficult vendor/ person I would have to work with during the planning process, would be the one we rented suits from. Based on all the positive reviews, I am really surprised by our negative experience. In the beginning, everything was great. We met with Domenic, and went over colors, styles etc. The guys were told by Domenic that they did not need to put down a deposit and could pay when they pick up their suits.

The first negative experience came when our nephew went to get fitted for his ring bearer suit. I was told by my SIL that Domenic called our nephew fat/chubby and made him cry. I chalked it up to a misunderstanding because one, I was not there, and two, it seems that Domenic has a very old school personality and sense of humor which doesn’t always translate well with kids. Mind you, our nephew is nowhere near chubby.

Fast forward to a few days before our wedding. My fiancé and myself went to pick up his tux for the wedding. While we were there, another groom came in and said that he was there to try on his tux. Domenic asked him when his wedding was, and the guy said two weeks away. Domenic then said “ well then what are you doing here?” I didn’t really think anything of it, but then I thought back to how I was told our nephew was treated and there was no doubt in my mind that he said the things my SIL accused him of. Who talks to their customers like that?

The day before our wedding, we found out that my fiancé’s cousin could no longer be in the wedding due to a work conflict. His is in the military and a police office so his schedule can change at a moments notice. We called to let Domenic know, and that’s when he began to get very confrontational with my fiancé, stating that we needed to pay for his suit because he was going to lose out on money because he had to order the suits, which we were never told. The only thing we were told was that they had a huge selection and can get anything we want and that everyone can pay when they pick up. My fiancé tried explaining to him the situation but Domenic kept talking over him and at one point actually hung up on my fiancé. I was floored. Never in a million years would I expect this from him. He always seemed so nice. We were planning on using Domenic’s again next year for our reception, but after the way we were treated, I would go anywhere else before going back there. I even suggested Domenic’s to people on wedding groups I’m a part of on Facebook. Because of the way we were treated over one suit, they lost all of our business for next year.

The only one good thing I will say is that his son who works there also, is extremely nice...

I used Domenic's for my wedding tuxedo rentals. Initially I was skeptical (I thought Men's Wearhouse would have a better selection and be cheaper) but about 10 seconds after I walked into the store he grabbed a coat of the rack that fit me perfectly and I was sold. We rented 12 tuxedos with waist sizes from 30 to 55, shoe sizes from 9 to 15, heights from 5'6" to 6'5". Domenic did a great job fitting all of us and had a great selection. He also went the extra mile on several occasions. He worked me in for a surprise fitting during the heart of prom season (which is very busy at the store) and also opened up the store at 6 am so that he could fix one of my groomsmen's pants to make sure he was ready for our rehearsal. The prices were comparable to Men's Wearhouse and definitely worth the difference given the type of service and quality of...

Cindy and Joe are absolutely amazing! I went there as a walk-in two days before my son‘s prom, scared I wouldn’t be able to get the right tux to match his girlfriend’s dress I was a bit nervous and stressed. Not only did they take my worries away, they went above and beyond to take his measurements and get the perfect tux for this special occasion.and even rearranged their schedules to have it done prior to when they said it would be done. I can’t praise them enough for their understanding and professionalism they showed towards me and my situation. I highly recommend them and their business to anyone looking for the perfect tuxedo for any special occasion.
