I almost never give 1 star reviews. Iāll keep it brief.
The masseuse answered her phone twice during the massage. On the first call she told a perspective client that she could take his appointment during my time slot. This made me feel on-edge, and as if she was going to cut my 90-minute massage to 60 minutes. On the second call she left the room without excusing herself and talked to someone else for about 5 minutes.
She wasnāt that great of a masseuse. She wasnāt bad, but Iāve had better. This isnāt a complete indictment on its own. Just thought Iād mention it.
Upon payment, she demanded a $30 tip. I told her no, because she answered her phone twice. She kept insisting but I held firm, and gave her only $10 (honestly still too much). This was what tipped the scale to give 1 star instead of 2.
The owner/operator needs to learn some things about customer service and professionalism. I like mom and pop businesses like these, and Iām not happy to leave a 1 star review, but I canāt in good conscience be any more...
