1-6-25 We spent a couple of hours in the HOM/Dock 86 store in Plymouth. Eden, our sales associate, was very knowledgeable & helpful & made our experience there enjoyable! She has an awareness of when a major purchase is being seriously considered … she gave us “space & time” to discuss it & then returned at the right time with additional support! I went to the Plymouth, MN location. There, I met Scott when I walked into Hom Furniture. Scott and Kennedy did a wonderful job helping me locate one of the living room design that I was interested in purchasing for my home. Since it’s pretty new, the set (sofa and loveseat) was not in the showroom but we were able to find the chair and test it out. Seeing and feeling the softness of the furniture, I knew I had to purchase it. They were nice and got me in and out in no time! Talk about quick service. I am excited to receive the set...

I believe this will be the place I purchase sofas etc from, as they had an array of affordable and nice couches, and the staff were extremely kind and very aware of personal space. We were helped by Denise Bryant who was exceptionally kind and checked in on our goofy selves every now and then, and even helped us get our couch quicker, as we had a uhaul available to use.
