Starbucks — Restaurant in Plymouth

I came to this Starbucks 15 min before close or a little bit more. There was a family of 3 who already got rung up and the drinks were being made for them. There was one gentlemen in front of me and I behind him. I stood in line for 15 min. The lady moved so slow it’s unbelievable. I think she really did not want to work and hopes people would leave because of the wait. She took her time doing everything from rinsing cups, wiping the tables, to looking for stuff. I ordered a grande Guava Passionfruit drink and my stomach is horribly upset. I am lactose intolerant and I am having all the pains like I just had some dairy. This all happened after I got my drink. I was so excited to have this drink but I couldn't even drink most of it. I'm not sure if regular milk was used instead of the coconut milk but this drink really upset and hurt my stomach. Absolutely horrible service. Two girls were working tonight but only one was actually working. I believe Natalie was the one that was working. I couldn’t quite get the other girls name but I know it started with a G. Walked by me 3 times and don’t say anything. She actually ignored me a couple of times.
