Oct 2021: This location is only taking orders placed online at this time due to low staffing levels. There were only 2 workers on duty yesterday around noon when I picked up my order. They did a great job! The food was fresh and the service was friendly. If management happens to read this, please consider recognizing those 2 guys for a job well done.

Oct 2020 Below: What happened to this location? It used to be one of the best in the metro area. Now I guess I will drive to the one at Knollwood instead.

Tonight's experience was very frustrating: Despite being fully staffed, the production line was moving very slowly. The staff did not prioritize those of us who ordered via the app, and instead we stood outside in the line with the walk-ins. My food was cold by the time the staff let me retrieve it. I was provided the incorrect size of fries. The staff apparently disconnected the store's phone so no one could call in for...

Selection is quite limited, essentially burgers (although they also have hotdogs and I think grilled cheese). They will smother your burger with pretty much whatever you want on them, note that a 'regular' burger is a double patty - you've got to ask for the single patty burger if that's what you prefer. Cheese and bacon cost extra, otherwise most toppings are included (onion [raw or cooked], mushroom, tomato, lettuce, mayo mustard, ketchup, pickle, relish, plus some other toppings that I don't get and don't remember. If the burger seems expensive, get the single patty (it's a real patty, not the typical scrawny patty like many other fast food). Your burger is cooked to order and if you order fries, I'd suggest starting with the small order as it is a good portion. The fries are fresh cut and the name of the farm is posted. Terrible experience with customers service and manager! I asked for a burger and added a patty, they charged me for my burger and then $6.79 for a little hamburger. I was sure the price is not right so I opened the order online option and it says there that to add a patty is $2.40 extra. And I know that I always pay between $2-$3 for added patty and not the price for a little hamburger. I talked to the manager and he told me the prices online are different and that I need to have a burger order so I can add a patty, which I totally understand but I had a burger ordered. So I end up paying $11.59 for my burger + $6.79 for an extra patty which I thought was ridiculous! So be aware, better order online because I guess the prices are different, or at least that's what they were trying to...
