I use to get qualified for testing fairly regularly and have been involved in numerous tests over the past few years. However the past 8 months this company has made it impossible to qualify for testing. In the past I occasionally would be disqualified for testing but would usually find a test that I qualified for. I have now been disqualified for tests 8 times in a row. I don't have any food allergies, always answer questions truthfully, but for some reason that is not good enough for this company anymore. On their qualifying surveys they ask if you recently have purchased a particular food group i.e. (deli meat, cheese, crackers or something of the sort) and of course I have most recently. The most recent survey I had purchased all the food categories they asked for and within the past month or even sooner. I was disqualified. ?????? For what reason???? Don't you want testers that have a knowledge base and have actually purchased these types of products????? I called their customer support to complain but they only provide a generic response such as the customer is looking for different criteria???? Are you serious?? What criteria? How could I not be more qualified. Makes no sense and like I said this is the 8th and 'FINAL' time. I deactivated my account. May be I will search for other food testing companies.    Read moreDon't even bother with this place. I was a tester since 2015. I used to get regular surveys and qualifying taste test opportunities in 2022. Then late 2022, until now, their Algorithm is totally screwed up. I started getting disqualified on the EXACT same question on almost every single survey ("how many are you willing to try for the study?", and, when I select ALL of the options, boom, disqualified.), or, I would get through the survey, and at first it would say "you qualify for the study", then, on the very next page, it would say "I'm sorry, you don't meet the qualifications". So, definately a serious problem with the Algorithm, and when I emailed them about it, 2 different times, they didn't take me seriously, and gave me possible reasons that made no sense. Which translates to "they don't care about their testers, not even the loyal ones". So here I am, and to those reading this that may want to give them a try, there are better money making opportunities out there, that aren't a waste of your time...
   Read moreI've been a member since 2002 an it's been great up into the last couple months. I get emails asking if I'm interested in some upcoming test and recently it's saying I'm never qualified. Then the day of the event they will call me and say I did qualify which is confusing. So today I called because someone left a message saying I qualified even tho I it said I didn't. So I called the customer service and asked why it was doing that the last couple months all the sudden. The women that picked up was extremely rude and talked over me, she then hung up on me. So I called back and spoke with I young man that said he'll look into my account and the next thing I knew I was disconnected again. I called back and spoke with a Diane. I asked if they had some type of manager I can speak with and I got the run around from her as well.
