K & B Kwik Stop — Local services in Pocatello

This is the absolute best movie store in pocatello. They always have great prices and great movie selection, however their employee Judy is the rudest person I have ever come in contact with. As far as customer service goes I have never heard her address anyone with respect unless a manager is present. I come in the store twice a week to get movies for me and my family, multiple times she has raised her voice to a yell at me and other customers, every time she is there I am treated like an inconveince rather than a well paying customer, she is never helpful regarding any issue/concern and even with things as simple as ringing up someone at the counter, it all becomes a hassle and negative experience. Lucky I love the store or I would take my business elsewhere, strictly because of her. As far as I'm concerned the entire store would benefit from her...

I live in Indianapolis, IN and after seeing the story about the Video Store closing and what the Owner has done for that lovely young lady and her Mom, I don't care, you get a five star review from just that humanity standpoint. Compassion is in short supply nowadays and seeing it alive and well in Pocatello, Idaho is refreshing. We need more folks like this keeping what little "good" we have left, circulating. The internet sent me to speak of the living saint that is “David” the owner. David cares so much about every individual in his community he made a special spot in this store so a young girl with down syndrome can maintain her daily routine. I will now be going out of my way, from another state over, to pay my respects and hopefully he’ll allow me to add a few heartwarming movies to the young girl’s space and patron his business.
