Not sure what hang up here is. I walked in today looking at the buy 1, get 1 50% off dresses. There was no greeting from the lady behind the register. I have worked in Customer Service for over 20 years. The difference between a customer making a purchase is A GREETING! There were OTHER CUSTOMERS in the store. After about 5 minutes I put the merchandise that I planned to buy down and walked out. Mind you, after initially walking towards the dresses, the lady behind the register looked right at me.
