Gabby’s communication was great! I booked with her about 2 weeks before my event. She worked with me on the pricing and gave me a great quote which included delivery the day before and pick up the day after - which was the best option I found. Most other party rental places either don’t deliver or they want to deliver and pickup the same day which, if you’ve ever planned/thrown a party, you know is just not enough time. There was a small hiccup and she had to deliver my tables and chairs a day early but she was very open and communicated with me early and didn’t wait until the last minute or just show up without saying anything.
