I love this store and all the employees. Great service. I made a decision to get a friend a phone on my plan. She didn't make but 1 payment 10 days late. 1st time I was late. So eventually I had to shut off phone couldn't get my phone back, lost my promotion so made my bill higher. The supervisor called me and helped me out with my issues and I believe they went a step above for me. I had insurance was going to replace phone, but decided not to because I won't have anyone on my plan again. Anyway I must say they helped me and gave me opertunities but decided to just leave well enough alone and was showed that my intention was to always be on time, trusted someone and lost but great reminder that you never put your name under someone else's responsibility to keep there end of the deal to keep your record good. the fun thing about this t-mobile is that the salesman are pitiful and are out for commission rather than doing things the right way. start checking your bills. the things they told you were of no charge to you? are $15. for anything. car wifi? $15 on your monthly bill. tracker? same thing. they will tell you it comes with their lowest bundle, however, the real case is theyre giving you their more expensive packages while lying directly in your face. they will make sure your bill ends up sky high. i can’t stress enough not to accept any of their ‘free’ offers. whoever is running this thing needs to be investigated. because THIS is the epitome of...
