like the store for the variety of items; however my attitude towards shopping at this location changes and has changed recently because of how the management talks to customers. The management treats customers as if they are ignorant. Multiply times over the past years I have witnessed and heard others poor experience. I have heard management tell a customer that even though she had a receipt for the item that was wanting to be return; she was told that he(management) was not going to give her money back, she wanted to know why he said he couldn't find it on the receipt she showed him on the receipt where it was but said no again and then said that I can't tell, there are too many people who steal. Well as I was standing there hearing all this and then talking to the women I was offended and outraged by the pure ignorance, lack of respect, decency and hatred the man spoke to this person. Someone with that much hatred and negative assumptions should not be working for this store. This is how and why stores start to go under. Also this store really is ran poorly in other ways to although that is enough. The management really needs to be changed. People with so much ignorance is why people good people struggle to survive in this world is because no one is standing up for what is right with good moral reasoning skills that hobby lobby lacks...
Read moreI wish I could give this store a five-star review but I simply can't mainly due in part to our last visit they have signs all over the end caps and aisles that states that all wall decorations are 50% off currently I used this opportunity to pick up a bunch of gaming Associated wall decor for our children and a pawn checking out found out that none of it was indeed 50% off as it is labeled gifts it states nowhere on any of the wall hangings or signage that gifts are not included in these sales and the term gift on the back of said items is in very small print the staff was courteous and called manager the manager an older lady was not very kind and she was not understanding she simply stated that anything labeled as a gift was never included in any sales I digress this is not something that will keep us from shopping at the store in the future but we will be more mindful of items that we purchase and ensuring that they are indeed on sale if...
Read moreI love coming here (it's almost every day...I might have a crafting problem lol). I came today for a phone charger cord and wall plug. I got distracted by something and the cashier forgot to give me my change. I left and went to Jiffy Trip before going to work and realized I didn't get my change. I went back a couple of hours later and they got it figured out very quickly (counting the drawer and probably checking cameras). I felt bad because I know some jobs will write you up or even fire you for this and I absolutely do not want that to happen to the cashier. Every time I go in and she's there, she's very happy and sweet. Mistakes happen, I don't know the procedure for things like this but I hope she's still there the next...
