DO NOT STAY HERE! Slimy management/ownership and even worst cleaning standards. Our stay was nasty from the first step into the lobby. We booked months in advance to have a king room and checked in at 8:30pm. The front desk attendant was extremely unprofessional and let her phone play an annoying minions song until it went to voicemail multiple times while checking in. She would roll her eyes and laugh until the song was over before resuming our check in. Then it started ringing again. She would pause as it played out then have to start over because she lost her place. Then it played again! So we weren’t amused from the get go. We are given room cards only to go to our room to see we have a dirty room with two double beds. We went back down to the front desk and the woman rudely said we should have checked in by 5 if we wanted the room WE PAID FOR MONTHS AGO! She pretended like she didn’t know the hotel software by pounding the backspace over and over again. We had to beg her to call her manager, then listened to her come up with excuses saying “we must be out of rooms for some reason. Now I’m not seeing the room we gave you is even available.” We were exhausted by her juvenile behavior. She wasn’t apologetic about anything, she was rude and condescending. She said she had “only worked there for 4 months” so it was apparent she is completely useless and was unwilling to do basic customer service. We already paid so we ended up staying in the double bed room. The floor tile had sticky brown drops over it, the shower was clogged with hair and there were big TOENAIL CLIPPINGS on the carpet. The doors were undercut more than 2” so it was very loud. The curtains would not close so the room was illuminated by street lights all night. The hotel breakfast ran out of coffee at 9:30 and they would not refill even tho breakfast was until 10. Seriously, their “you get what you get” attitude was insane.

Stayed on a Tuesday night in a small Oklahoma town so quietness was no issue. Everything was clean, neat, and overall good quality for the price. Negative: don’t be expecting an actual breakfast. Came down during early breakfast hours (6:30am) and you only had choices of one yogurt (just one tiny container) a handful of muffins, cereal, oatmeal and hard boiled eggs. There were signs stating biscuits and gravy, and waffles but they were no where to be seen. The hot plates were empty, as well as the juice fountain.

I thought it was their first night being open. Things are that new, clean, and we'll maintained. Looking at the other reviews, it looks like it's been here for ages. Well done. Only complaint is the desk clerk wasn't masked. I'd hope the hotel was more focused on hygiene and safety than to let that happen, so minus a star. But housekeeping and engineering seem very much at the top of their game here.

I checked in and was thanks for being a platinum member. They immediately asked if I would be ok with a first floor room as they had the keys made already so against my judgment I said yes. The room was 101, it had a door that accessed the adjoining room and I could hear everything in that room. From snoring, to coughing, to the alarm etc so that made getting a good night's rest impossible and I'm not a light sleeper. As for the room itself it was on the end where cars travel from the front of the property to the back so absolutely no privacy with the curtains open. The shower was cramped. Whoever thought to install a shelf on the enclosed end of the shower at shoulder height needs to be told that is a bad idea. I had to stand sideways in the shower because of it. Also, the ceiling in the shower was starting to crack and I could hear the toilet from above being flushed and draining. The internet flaked out the second night I was there and was down for over an hour. I've stayed there pre covid and the breakfast was much better. As mentioned by others you get a prewrapped waffle or breakfast sandwich. There is also a hot oatmeal and cold cereal option of which the granola choice would not come out of the dispenser the three days I was there. The staff seems to be going through the motions so if I'm out that way again for work I'll stay in Enid or with another...

Recently stayed here after traveling down for a visit with friends from Kansas City. We were worried about finding a room because we have a service animal and my dad is in a wheelchair. I called before making my booking and found out that they do allow service animals with a provided fee. When we arrived the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and gave us a room on the first floor which is great. However, my dad couldn't move in there in the wheelchair so we asked if there was a handicap accessible room available and there was and the front desk lady gladly moved us to that room on the second floor. Not a big issue it was right off the elevator. The issues we had with the room is that it is not fully up to ADA compliance. There were no hand rails at all in the bathroom to offer assistance to my father. We did speak to another front desk clerk later in the evening about it and she immediately wrote all the information down to send to corporate office. Nothing else about the hotel was out of place, everything was spic and span. Clean, modern, organized, friendly staff, covid-19 practices in place. Our only fault was that the room we were in which was labeled handicap accessible was not up to code and we hope you...
