Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ponca City

Long story short: ■ the workers are extremely rude and unprofessional. ■ tables are almost never clean. ■ they never call your order out. ■ their bathroom sink water is BOILING HOT after just 10 seconds [with no way to make it cooler] ■ their music is COMPLETE GARBAGE and far too loud. ■ their parking lot is horrible

I got a gordita box with a beefy 5 layer and a side of nacho fries. I asked them to cut my burrito in half. And the guy gets a passive aggressive attitude and says "asking for a little too much" and had to take time to "teach" the girl how to chop the burrito in half.. he made me feel bad, she got it cut and i said thank you after that terrible ordeal, she's got my box finished but she just sits and stares at the screen for a good 60 seconds takes my box over to the drive through stickers on the receipt and brings it over to me. I said " may I have my large cup and my fries please?" (This is pretty normal, as never remember my drink and almost never remember my fries.) and she stared at the receipt so I pointed to where it said "NACHO FRIES" and kindly said "nacho fries, nacho cheese" and she says "that's the nacho cheese" I continued to point at it and read it again. She continued to stare. So I kindly said " nacho fries " once more. And look, you never know what any one is going through, so believe me when I say, I stayed calm and kind. She goes and tells the same guy I referred to earlier, and he blames ME. He yells "you made me forget because you wanted your burrito cut in half" in front of the entire lobby [about 4 other parties waiting for their food] this was absolutely APPALLING. Made me feel absolutely horrible.

■Food tastes great BUT They almost never fill my fries more than half way. ■ The tables are always dirty. ■They never call your order out so you're left literally stalking them or risk letting your food sit to get cold, soggy and stale. ■There sink water is SCOLDING HOT! good luck washing your hands for anything longer than 10 seconds! Even if you only turn on the cold nob, its still hot and by about 10 seconds it's burning you. And the only way to dry your hands is with an ear r@ping air dryer. ■Their music is COMPLETE GARBAGE. By far the most annoying, nastiest songs I've been forced to hear while eating. And to top it off. Its nothing you can just "ignore" because they blast that hot dog water music on MAX VOLUME. I don't know who thought it'd be funny, but it very much is not. It's overwhelmingly awful. ■ they run out of Baja Blast and "don't notice" too often! [Like today]

I came up there to pick up my order when I first opened the door all I saw was trash dirty tables trash everywhere I took a peek in the bathroom cuz I was going to wash my hands disgusting when I finally made it to the to-go area after walking over a trashy optical course I pick up my order and I pull out my nachos cuz I ordered nachos and a cantina taco my nachos look like they were on the same trashy Optical course I was on so I get over there to the cashier and I showed her my nachos she apologized for it which she didn't have anything to do with it her customer service was excellent probably one of the best out of Ponca City I can't remember her name after she called the manager over I could barely remember what I was doing there I tell you this manager was disgusting her teeth were not even yellow they were Bellow the smell that was coming off her body I swear you could see the green smoke that you see in cartoons she never said anything just brought pure funk and rudeness she look at me and ride her eyes like I'm the smelly one she also looked like she been drugging for months she needs to be let go into a bathtub and this is what Taco Bell has rep them after seeing her as the manager and the one who made my food I ended up just throwing my food away I couldn't even eat after smelling it and looking at her Taco Bell please...

This review has been a long time coming.... The last 3 trips my order has been wrong and by checking every single item, I noticed my order today was wrong as well. You have to give them credit for being so consistently wrong on every order. This store lacks leadership, and the ability to explain to their employees this isn't Jerry Springer....Customers don't need to hear your trashy stories of what you did last night, or who you know, or what your thoughts are on people who work there. You've been hired to prepare food!!! Crazy right?? People are on their Lunch breaks, or heading home for dinner and want to feed their family. Not their to hear your drama. This place blows my mind. Loud talking, no one paying attention to the current order, cussing, laughing, it's just such bad business.... Worse, the management will jump right into the gossip with them....You know it's bad when you the customer are embarrassed when another customer walks in.... The management has failed the employees because this behavior is now the norm. Didn't even get 1 apology as I told the drive thru girl today 2 tacos were missing, also I ordered fire sauce (through the app) missing, no receipt, I get met with 2 big sighs as if it was my fault the 8 people inside couldn't get 1 order right.
