We love HTea0. We got at least 1-2 times a week. Today, however, not so much. Experiences like today will cause them to lose my business. We pull up to the intercom and we’re looking at the menu so we ask for more time. Less than a minute later she comes back on and asks the same thing. This happened 2-3 times. Each time she was a bit more rude and impatient. (We have indecisive children). Finally, she says just pull to the window and we will take your order. There was absolutely nobody behind us in line. We say we’re ready and she says nothing! We give our order and she still says nothing. We pull forward and she wouldn’t even open the window. A man came to the window a couple minutes after we pulled up. All while she stands behind him giving dirty looks to my daughter in the backseat. It was unprofessional and juvenile. First time ever at an Htea0! It was actually quite an experience. I went the first time with a friend that recommended it. I had tasted quite a few if not all the teas and got a Texas chai and a sweet waterloo mixed with unsweetened watermelon. I went back with my significant other and he loved it. I believe it was the manager there that time that was so helpful and recommended we try mixing flavors and gave us a paper with things that go well together. That day we left woth 2 gallons, texas chai and Ryan palmer...if you mix the two it tastes like apple pie and it DID. I also got a sweet almond that day as well. Excellent and the service...

I called them for an order for a baby shower. Everyone I talked to so nice and helpful. Didn't know they sold Lemonade as well. So purchased that along with the tea. Gave me a good offer if purchased 8 gallons. Day of pickup they took the jugs to my car and put them in my ice chests. They also sale ice so purchased that as well. They figured out how many bags I needed and emptied the bags in the ice chests. That is over the top customer service to me!!! I believe her name was Macie. I hope I got that right. Extremely amazing!!! Everyone at the shower loved the tea and lemonade!! Thank you for helping me make the shower...
