Whataburger — Restaurant in Ponca City

Bad Food at High Prices....The food is mostly edible but the burgers and breakfast 'burritos' were pretty tasteless...the lettuce was limp and watery, the tomato was unripe and still mostly green with only a tinge of pink....I'm guessing they use the cheapest ingredients they can get regardless of quality....the service wasn't bad and the order arrived in a timely fashion and the employees were nice enough but if I could give the the food negative stars I would. I hope this place closes as soon as possible in case I become victim to a failing memory and forget how bad it is and try again. I don't see how the Google reviews for this place could have a 4.0 average but I noticed many 5 stars are from 'Local Guides' and research points out the local guide program has: Compromised Review Credibility:

We were excited to be at one since there are none in our area. Waited and waited to have a person come to front to take our order. there was 1 kiosk to side of counter, tried that it wasnt working...after a long wait someone took our order had given 1 person in our party their drink cup but as soon as she took the rest of our order she literally ran off so fast without explanation and we waited and waited for our cups. we literally went behind the counter to get 2 cups to get our drinks. no lids no napkins. another person had to hollar to the back wo der where their food was. our order was correct when we got it but was a very unpleasant experience wont go back. dont know how they can sell anything. hope the ones in texas are still good but dont know when will be down there again. my experience was in olathe ks.
