Purchased a Serta twin mattress and expected to have delivered the same mattress as I saw, tested, liked, and purchased on the showroom floor. When it was delivered, it was the same brand and style name, but with a much different/cheaper material pillowtop... Kevin offered to exchange it free of charge, and I was offered yet a third pillowtop material style of the same mattress that I thought I was buying when I walked out of the store... We just had Mattress Wholesale deliver a box spring and mattress for us since we live a mile down the road. The mattress is super soft and comfy. The salesman was super nice, and sold us a floor model mattress and box spring at a great discount. Our delivery guy Norman was super nice too, did a great job putting in box spring and mattress on our bed frame.

Also we got some good SERTA pillows for $20 for 2 pillows. Definitely...

This mattress store is a gem of a find. I purchased a brand new Serta bed at a great quality price. It’s been the best sleep I’ve had in years. The store’s manager Kevin was very helpful and easy to talk to. I visited 5 franchise stores with no luck before finding this place. Oh, and I needed my bed the same day and it was already 5pm when I made the purchase and he still had it delivered within the hour! Outstanding service...
