SNIPES — Local services in Pontiac

I need to return my son's shoes they are 2 tight and hard to put on I don't even know how the sales associate was ok with selling them to his dad when she knew they were tight and while they were there she proceeded to chastise my son for not knowing how to tie his shoes which if there was an issue why sell these also my son has wide feet none of that was not taken into consideration. So I tried to return but was told the main manager has to approve the return so I have to make a call and a 2nd trip to rectify this situation.

Inadequate customer service and a ridiculous return policy. If the sale was done right the 1st time this would not be a thing..

After a long day of shopping dealing with the the worst customer service ever at every other store, I went to. I finally ended my shopping here at the Snipes in Pontiac was greeted with the best customer service, and they had the shoes I was searching for in the right size. I was so happy, so very pleased and I completely forget the ladies name, and I even asked her for her name, And I still forgot my apologies however, The other employee that was also working, was just as polite I will definitely keep returning to this location As well, I recommend this location specifically Keep up the good work...
