I waited in line for 30 min. Just to be told to sit down, they were going to fill medicine. Only for them to close down the gates and not attend me at all 5 minutes later. I found this so rude and unprofessional. If they had no intention of filling the medicine that same day I would have told them to transfer it to another pharmacy. We needed the medicine the same day after getting out of urgent care. This is the only Walgreens that I have ever been to that closes at 6pm. After over 20+ yrs. Of doing business with Walgreens they have lost my business in the my family as well! I am new to Bluff and this is not the first bad experience that I've had with them. Sadly all three times that I have been there it's been an issue. All I have to say is if you urgently need medicine DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY....

I have had medication not being renewed when due, I have waited several hours for medications to be filled. Today was the worst. Doctors office called in a necessary medication last week for an infection, the staff at Walgreens just filled it today(7 days later) and then after having major surgery Walgreens can’t get my insurance to approve medication requested by surgeon. When am elderly person trys calling in to refill a med the machine does not understand.....elderly dont enunciate well...the machine does not understand....
Put a little palsy in the mix and hitting the numbers becomes a real task...each time you mess up ya gotta start all over...

I asked the machine to speak to pharmacy in the first place so why does this guy answer in the first place....
After being on hold for about 10 minutes I gave up....
