*2024 update.
I refuse to go back into this place. The last straw for me is when I overheard the manager speaking to what I assume was a friend of his about a young man who comes in from the nursing home. He stated that he knew the man has mental disabilities, but he hated to help him because he's always asking for specific games. He adds in this conversation that he has decided not to help this person and disregard him because "I can't stand him, he's always wanting me to look for specific things we don't have. Every time he's in here, I see the nursing home bus, so I'm sure that's where he comes from. Im just going to start telling him no, we dont have it and not even look." They (the 2 men) laugh about it and agree that's the best thing to do. All the while, the young girl working there sits on her phone behind the counter, oblivious that we're even there. Oh, it's the manager that drives what he calls "the marrow." I didn't stick around to get his name.

Read moreI love the store. Some prices are higher but it undsrandable for them being a small chain. I used to go there a lot but I ran into a nightmare employee. Don't get me wrong I adore the rest of the staff. But the new hire was rude, ignorant of games and movies. He was an atypical here for the check employee. He even told us that he was closing soon 45 minutes before closing time. He just really couldn't be bothered with customers. I hope this isn't a trend for future hiring. I like this place and don't want to go somewhere else. But if this becomes just another GameStop where the employees just don't give a damn. Then maybe I should just save a couple of bucks...
Read moreI purchased a used Acer Nitro laptop from them for 500 dollars. Not only was the laptop not reset from the previous owner, the port for the power plug in it was bad. It would randomly decide there was no cord plugged in and stop charging. The first time I took it in to them the STORE MANAGER MONTANA witnessed this. She gave me a new power cord and said to contact her if the problem persist. It did. The second time I left it with overnight. The next day I was told there was no problem with it so nothing was done to it. Now I can't even use it. I would ask for a refund but if I did it would be store credit, NO CASH...
