I was in the store with my 10 year old daughter. I wanted to buy foundation from Estée Lauder it didn’t see any immediate personnel. So I just browsed while browsing I noticed 2 ladies working but having a conversation that I waited not wanting to interrupt. After about 15 minutes of them ignoring me browsing, continuing their conversation, but not once asking me if I needed help, I said excuse me. The lady from Dior comes over annoyed explaining to me she thought I was already getting help. So I tell her what I need and she is acting exasperated that I have interrupted the conversation to ask for help. She continues to explain to me she from the Dior counter to the point I apologize that I the customer have bothered her. She tells me “that’s ok” as if she was owed an apology. Finally the other working staff she was having the conversation with suggests that she call the Estée Lauder staff over as she was about to ring me up for an item that was not a good fit I guess to just get me out of her face. Finally the Estée Lauder staff who unbeknownst was assisting another customer, totally appropriate. She was AMAZING friendly, helpful, welcoming friendly. Kind to my child. Will only be returning to the store because of her. Very sad when my daughter and I got In the ca and she said “that First Lady you talked to was not very nice.”...

We were looking to see what kind of suits my fiance and our son were going to get for the wedding this fall and we originally stopped at men's wearhouse. We received awful service there (I left them a review too). Luckily I decided to sway my fiance into taking a look at Dillard's to try some things on and get an idea of what sizes we were looking for. We walked into Dillard's and whatever experience we were expecting from men's wearhouse was completely exceeded. Do not waste your time, energy, or money dealing with the jerks at men's wearhouse. Seriously just drive two minutes over and go to Dillard's, Jim gave us the most incredible customer service, experience, and memory there today. Men's wearhouse being absolutely awful was actually a blessing in disguise and we ended up making purchases right then and there at Dillard's less than an hour after. We could not be happier with our service thus far and we cannot wait to see the custom suits in two weeks! I was not expecting such care in this experience and Jim really was such an angel. He made this experience better than we could have dreamed, it was easy and he knew everything about anything to do with suits!
