I started off this ring journey by proposing with a temporary ring. My fiancé is very particular and I wouldn't dare chose her ring.

We went in to Jareds and everyone was very cheerful and warm. But the warmest smile of them all was Shajnea. It was a bonus that Shajnea is an expert in custom designs.

My fiance showed Shajnea one million and one photos. Shajnea was able to combine her wish list in to one ring. If there was something that would put the ring's integrity at risk, she was able to explain the issue with clarity. Shajnea worked with Amy if anything seemed tricky while designing the ring. It was amazing to see the staff work together so well with no competitive vibe.

We were in a rush because we planned an engagement party, the pressure was on everyone. That didn't seem to phase Shajnea and her confidence was really reassuring. My fiancé started to worry about the permeance of the ring and called Shajnea many times and was assured that ring could still be changed after the design was submitted and the wax was made.

The cast came in and they dropped the diamond that we purchased in it. Surprise, my fiancé changed her mind. We started the design process all over again. The most amazing part was there was absolutely no push back from Shajnea or Amy. It was like living in a world of endless possibilities and you could tell that Shajnea was genuinely happy to design another engagement ring.

The race was on to try to have something before our party, but the Jareds staff was so reassuring that there would be a solution to our dilemma.

We settled on a 4 carat asscher cut which we found out was rather rare. Jared didn't have one in inventory. They searched daily and Shajnea updated us on the progress. They were able to out source and obtain the perfect diamond.

Jareds set the diamond we purchased in a plain band so we would have a ring for the party. This solution made everyone happy and we are so grateful for the out of the box thinking.

We could not and would not go to another jeweler. If we saw something we like else where, we would have it custom made with love at Jared by Shajnea.

Trying to find the best words but there's no words to explain for the last 13 years Melissa Hayden with her endless love for jewelry and Jared Galleria of Jewelers store, 13 years ago when I was shopping for an engagement ring to propose to my fiance and now my wife, Melissa greeted me at the door with smiles, kindness, and professional customer service and understanding of my budget. She does not push you over the edge to make you buy jewelry like other companies, she makes it very very comfortable for you to make the best decision and the quality of the jewelry you are buying. So moving 13 years to the future. We had our 13 year anniversary and I gave her a call to help me pick out white gold princess cut diamond earring studs. And let me tell you they came out 1000% fantastic Melissa was able to find the perfect cut to match my wife's existing hoop earrings that was also purchased at Jared and the combination looks absolutely fantastic on her ears. I tried to take a picture but they're so shiny the reflection on the camera I wasn't able to get a good detail but you guys can just only imagine how crisp and clear these earrings are. Melissa has the most incredible knowledge of the products and the superior amount of patience she has. She makes it very smooth and wonderful to shop at Jared Galleria of Jewelers.
