DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Poquoson

We usually shop in Virginia Beach but we had to come to Newport News tonight, and decided to visit here. We were greeted by a very warm, energetic, well-dressed young man, who was attentive but not too much. He balanced taking care of my husband's needs with his other responsibilities. While I was waiting for my husband to come out of the fitting room, I had a coughing fit, and the associate appeared like magic with 2 bottles of water for me. That was so nice!

The store was immaculate. The clearance area was just as well-arranged as the regular-priced items. We bought 3 shirts, a sweater, and a pair of jeans.

We went and recently to browse around for some pants for my husband. The service here was absolutely amazing. The staff was super helpful and directing us to exactly what we needed. They definitely really knowledgeable about sizes and fits that would be good for my husband. It was such a great experience to be able to shop here. There are really great options for people who are a little larger and maybe a little shorter. We have definitely had a hard time in the past finding 44x28 pants- DXL has always been a place where we knew that we can walk in there and always find what we were looking for.
