Don't eat here. The two oriental workers have no customer service skills. The place was empty. I placed an order on the mobile app to save money. #inflation. The lady, feeling dominant says, "give your your order now, but next time pickup at the time the app says. Note NOBODY was in there. No orders were on the made ready area. Next I asked verbally to just heat the meat. Then the male worker, looks like the boss, said," I make orders like the receipt says. If you want to heat the meat, you have to type it on the app order." Appalling, then he went on a rant for 5 minutes how mobile orders work. Mind you, NOBODY WAS INSIDE. I mentioned that customer service is lacking & in this economy people can take there cash elsewhere. So terrible. I just wanted a sandwich. Not harassment or lectures. So I wished them good luck in their business (in these tough economic times). Lesson: provide good customer service & treat people how you want to be treated. People are not robots.
