QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Poquoson

Food was pretty mid like always, what do you expect from a QDOBA right? The part that was horrible was how the manager just sucks. He's an African American male, more on the leaner side, do not know his name but that manager sucks. Describing the manager to make it know that, this specific manager sucks. Why does he suck? Well my husband and I went to go get us some QDOBA bowls and we were in the process of building our bowl when the employee making us the bowl decides to bless us with 2 scoops of protein instead of 1. Mind you, we did not ask for extra protein. WE DID NOT ASK FOR EXTRA PROTIEN. The manager that I described peeped the employee blessing it up and runs up to him and said its one scoop not 2 and then runs to the cashier and starts ordering her to charge us extra for extra protein. Mind you we did not ask for extra. And so basically I ended up paying $7 is more dollars than I had to. I decided not to say anything at the time bc im not trying to argue with QDOBA employees. Anyways, beware of this manager, he makes customers suffer the consequences of his lack of ability to train his workers. Will never be coming back....

I was in line for 45 minutes with only one person ahead of me. The employee assisting has to have been brand new, they left her alone to assist me with my food, she had to stop every few seconds while she looked for something that has to be prepared or was not trained where the ingredients were. She did a great job after a rough start but the manager on duty and the employee assisting other customers abandoned her. The food was alright save for the meat being ridiculously dry and a severe lack of proteins added to the food. There was an issue with the rewards I had just signed up for and the manager on duty did comp the sides of chips and queso, so that was nice. But 45 minutes...

Team is amazing. Walked in on a rainy day looking to try something new. They greeted me the second I walked through the door. They were ready to take my order, not to metion helped me decide on what to order. Everything looked so good and fresh it was a hard choice. I went with the cholula hot and sweet chicken and it was amazing. These people really care and are there to fulfill the needs of their customers. I recommend Qdoba over Chipotle any day considering their overall service and workplace is clean. I now visit Qdoba atleast once a week and they never disappoint. Thank...
