We went to this store on Monday 06/13/2020. One of the worst experiences I’ve encounter. It was the most unprofessional horrible customer service. Walked in the store at 6pm and no one greeted us. Once the manager Jonathon approached us it seemed that he was already annoyed looking at his watch like if he had somewhere to go. We informed him we wanted to upgrade a phone and told us that someone will help us. He didn’t even ask us for our name to put us on the waitlist. Jessica or Jennifer I can’t remember her name came to help us. Didn’t offer any products didn’t inform us of any promotions just very very dry placing in our order on her tablet. We informed her that we needed the phone to be shipped to the store not the home address, because we have an issue getting any packaged deliver at our property. We told her we had just upgraded two other phones at a neighbor at&t store nearby and had no issues getting it deliver to that store. She told us that she could not do that, and we asked to speak to the manager. With an attitude told for what if he is going to tell you the same thing “that it can’t be deliver to the store and YELLED across the store to the manager stating we needed to speak to him “manager” and Jonathan shouted with an attitude ABOUT WHAT! So at that this point I realized that these two employees did not care much for customer service and my business, regardless of what I was going to say, they did not want to help me. They are the rudest, unhappy people most unpleasant people that hate their job and don’t need to be in customer service or run a retail store. I did tell them that and walked out. We went to the other store come to realize that Jennifer did not cancel or delete the transaction she was entering. Mine you we never gave her a credit card to complete upgrade, neither did we signed anything. So defiantly they don’t know what they are doing. Luckily our other store we went to previously was able to help us with a great attitude and he appreciate the 12+ years we have been with At&t. Time to research Verizon and move all our...
Read moreWhen I first arrived at the store in Nederland, I was told to sign in, and the representative was very rude about it. I signed my name reason for my visit, which was an online pick up order, and I also put my phone number on the sign in sheet. There was at least four or five customers ahead of me so the lobby was full nowhere to sit. I went to my car because I had my dog with me to wait for them to call me when my name came up. Received a call from them. I watched customers leave and come in and get served and leave again so I called them from my car outside the building. A lady answered the phone and I asked her how long it would take for me to pick up my online order. And told her that I had been waiting 30 minutes and nobody has called me. She told me that she or somebody else had called every number on the sign in sheet which was a lie and got no answer. I had my ringer on, and I was speaking on the phone that the number that I had written down on the sign in sheet so I knew that they did not call me because I have been waiting and watching outside the building in my car. She told me that I would be next. I waited another 30 minutes and still did not receive a phone call. So I went inside the store and stood there waiting. There was three working there with nobody in front of them. They wasn’t helping anybody they sent one home and the other one went to lunch and then the lady that ended up helping me waited another 10 minutes before Coming up to me and asking me if she could help me. The problem that I have the most about this visit is I live 40 minutes from the store there was an AT&T store five minutes from my house and I don’t understand why I had to go all the way to Nederland instead of the Orange store. The lady turned my phone off and did not activate my new phone so I had to ride home with no phone if I had gotten in a wreck or if something went wrong with my vehicle I would have not had a way to call for help. So this experience was really bad for me, but I do love the phone and that’s all I have to say about this...
Read moreThis was a horrible experience for a disabled person, I arrived around 5pm on 3/18/2021, concerning a problem with a fast charger or the lighting cable not operating. Took 10 minutes to get signed in (location was busy) I waited for over an hour and then a person that works there (whom I found out was the manager for that evening ), came in did her duties before taking over after which she proceeded to assist with the line of people to see who had not been signed in what they were there for to explain the wait time and if they wanted to make a appointment. This is where things went down hill now it’s a hour and 10 minutes and she helps a lady who came in 15 minutes after me it’s at this time I asked her if she had an appointment (if she did then I could except it) But she didn’t, the service person said that all she needed was the shield put on her iPad, heck all I needed was a charger or a cable, things got verbal with her saying you can make an appointment if you want to. Also during this time she directed another service person to help another person who came in 25 minutes after me. Now to rub salt she finished with the person she was working with and went into the back office, the service person who had finished with the person with the bill problem was sent from the back to come out and take care of my order I got what I needed in 15 minutes That lady stayed in the back office until I had left the store. I know this because I sat in my truck testing out the charger and cable and I watched her come out. 25 years defending this country and 16 years patrolling these streets I am very observant of people. Unfortunately since the ATT store is the only one in the city...
