Key greeted us, showed us where to look, and then let us to browse. The second I had a question, he was there, attentive, informative, and took notes on the chair we liked so we could keep track and compare at the end of looking. The 3rd chair we found seemed to be the winner, but it was listed as limited in the covering we could choose. Key thought if an idea, got the manager involved, and was able to get us the exact thing we wanted. No pressure, no hovering, just there when we needed him and with all the information and answers. Great store to do business with, huge selection with recliners in all shapes and sizes. Purchased my fourth Lazyboy after having my last one for 16 years ( it still was good just wanted a change) and Jim was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the product and he even noticed that I had a little trouble getting up from the recliner and offered a taller base for under the chair which was installed pre delivery.
