I give it a good 4.2/5 stars (especially compared to other Vietnamese restaurants in the area)
Seating wise this is a pretty small restaurant but usually the times I go there are not many people but if you don’t want to eat at the restaurant they do have take-out where you can order at the restaurant and wait or you can call ahead of time and do a pick-up.
They serve my favorite soup noodles Bún bò Huế and my all time dessert Chè ba màu. The soup is flavorful but at times can be pretty oily (and be warned depending on the person it may have a bit of a spice kick to it) but honestly if it bothers you most of the oil can be easily skimmed off with a spoon. The dessert, I was so happy to find a good one nearby, is my all time favorite and I would definitely recommend, it is described as the tri-color sweet bean on the menu. Chè ba màu is a light but sweet dessert containing sweet red beans, mung beans, a type of pandan jelly, topped with a coconut sauce and crushed ice making it something great to eat on a hot day (which is...
Read moreThis place reminded me of a diner atmosphere. Not so much the stainless steel railcar idea but more like "the place where the locals eat". It's small and there's not a lot of "ambiance". The dining area is simple, clean and functional. Having said that, the food is outstanding! Forget the aesthetics and go for the food. (You can't eat the cliche Asian decor anyway.) The menu is clear and concise but not limiting. The food is exactly what you should expect from pho, fresh and full of flavor! The pricing was within reason and the service was on point. There did not seem to be more than one waiter working but he handled the dining area with precision. At first they did not seem very busy but before long the dining area was nearly full and their take out business seemed strong. I definitely recommend trying them out. We were there for lunch with 3 diners and were in and out in under an hour. I am not sure if their dinner menu differs from the lunch menu but I'll be...
Read moreWe recently discovered this little hidden gem and will continue to come back whenever we visit this area of Florida! The pho was absolutely phenomenal and tasted very authentic. The beef in the broth was cooked very well. My husband usually hates tendons but these were braised so well that you can tell they put in the time and effort into it! He got the Pho Dac Biet that comes with everything in it and I just got the one with meatballs. We also got spring rolls, the grilled pork skewers (SO GOOD!!), and the Che Ba Mau dessert! It was all so good!!!
My only complaint is that they are closed Saturday-Monday which is the majority of our trip so we don't have time to make an additional visit here this time, but we will definitely be back!!! The lack of pictures in this review is because we were so hungry and the food was so good we devoured it before even remembering to...
