Went for dinner at 5:00 with a party of 16. Did call ahead. Table was ready. We were informed after our drink order that there were no burgers, no boneless wings and a few other things that they were out of. So we ordered from what they had. 4 people ordered honey mustard chicken sandwiches. Not one of them had honey mustard dressing, all mayonnaise. Some were suppose to be fried some grilled. Two of us sent them back as that was not what we ordered. Brought back the 2 that were not right, and they were still wrong. All this time not one other waitress came over to help this girl who was near tears. in fact they seem to be looking over talking and laughing while our waitress was struggling. She talked to the manager and he never came over to even help her or say sorry. They were not really busy. Sure not very good business practices if you want to stay in business.. We were there 3 hours. 2 of us never ate because we not waiting for the 3rd meal. Not sure who the owner is but sounds like he needs to pay attention. Next the manager should have handled the situation, not left our waitress hanging out to dry. She was doing her best. Shame on the other waitresses for not helping out and sitting near the bar laughing. First of all how does a wings place run out of wings and burgers which involves most of the menu.
Oh yes and we were there Friday also as there was a dance recital at McMorran. So needless to say we spent our share of money there. Service was really slow on Friday also, but at least the food was right.
Overall it...

During a recent night out, my party and I decided to dine at Wings Etc. While the burgers were commendable in taste, the curly fries were disappointingly overcooked, to the point of being unpalatable. However, upon bringing this to the staff's attention, they promptly replaced the fries, though the replacements still fell short of expectations in terms of texture.
One notable highlight of the dining experience was the scenic view of the water, providing a pleasant backdrop to our meal. Additionally, the presence of TVs added to the ambiance, offering entertainment while dining.
Despite the friendly demeanor of the staff, it was evident that they may have been either understaffed or not given top priority, resulting in slightly slow service. Nevertheless, the staff's friendliness helped mitigate the inconvenience.
In terms of pricing, the food prices fell on the higher end of average, but were not exorbitant.
In summary, Wings Etc. offers a mixed dining experience with delicious burgers, though improvements could be made in the quality of side dishes and service efficiency. The scenic views and friendly staff contribute positively to the overall atmosphere, making it a decent option for a...
Read moreI was strolling around anxiously on the fourth of July hunting for a place to eat on the dusty streets of PoHo. Honestly, wasn’t going to go here - but OH BOY am I glad I did.
Forget everything you know about wings. When they say “size DOES matter”, they mean it. The large assortment of sauces beats any collection I’ve seen before; even the nations beloved Buffalo Wild Wings. Personally, I’m a dry rub kind of girl and the selection of three seemed extremely disappointing. That was until I tasted the smokey Caribbean Jerk - which was indeed ‘jerk’y with the heat and left me far from dry. Let me tell you, that seasoning hit me in a place I didn’t know I needed to be hit. I miss you dad. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the traditional wings (which usually get and which they’re famous for) but i fully plan on taking the hour long pilgrimage to experience that too. That’s how convinced I am in this establishment.
The fries were GREAT too. Ketchup IS gluten free (for those wondering). Chloe IS the BEST server ever. Honestly, that girl knows her sh**. LOL
Overall, great food. Great time. Vibes on Vibes on Vibes. I recommend the patio seating. ALSO BOAT PARKING HOW...
