Love Publix pharmacy, kind, caring and knowledgeable pharmacists ... Well the lady pharmacist.. The male one treats you like you're below him. He lies and claims he can't fill your script due to insurance which I've called my insurance every time and 9 of the 10 times he's pulled this on me he was lying and 15 of the 19 times he's done it to my husband he was lying. Because of him my meds for my thyroid have been late filled again claiming insurance refused it again this was false! Diabetic meds for both my husband and I late by days due to his claims of the insurance which were absolutely false!!
The female pharmacist is the reason we returned to Publix Pharmacy after leaving and going to mail order scripts which are considerably cheaper however we missed her knowledge, helpfulness and always fills meds in a timely fashion unlike her male coworker! We trust her and considering the amount of meds I alone take with my health issues it says a lot when you find a pharmacist and pharmacy you trust with ultimately your life!
If they ever got rid of her we'd leave and they'd lose 100 plus dollars just in co-pays per month so you can only imagine the cost of our meds they'd lose.. I'm confident many would do the same.
I'd leave their names but want to respect their privacy... Excellent job to her and the pharmacy aids!!
Publix store is decent, always clean but a bit pricey compared to others selling the exact same products! They need more cashiers and lanes open, often have to wait in long lines or long waits in each line due to customers full carts. Rarely more than one express line open unless you want to try customer service and wait for lottery sales (UM NO!) Friendly helpful staff and bagger at every lane which is awesome but again an easy accomplishment when you have so few lanes open. Due to their inflated prices for the same products many are likely to shop at...
Read moreMy wife, our best friend and I went to Salsa’s in Dunlawton Square this day, Sunday. Salsa’s wasn’t crowded, we went early, and the atmosphere was inviting! We did not have to wait long for our customary chips and Salsa. We also gave our waiter our Drink order soon after the chips and salsa arrived. We next ordered our customary orders. We all have our favorite dishes. My wife ordered steak fajitas, our best friend ordered carne Asada and I ordered the burrito loco and an order of Guacamole. The food took little time to arrive and was hot, but ready to eat. Each of us were well pleased with our meals, each saying the taste was great and not too spicey. Personally, I like more heat, but I neglected to put any challula sauce my burrito. The service was great and, as previously stated, the food as well. Overall, a...
