Kera, this is Donna I was in your restaurant about a week ago and ordered the beef kalbi dinner to go remember, and I sat there and waited and had a beer well this is my review You almost got it for the beef kalbi however Even as you said to me you didn't have enough time and it wasn't your best but I must say you are on the right track however my opinion is it needed to be charred longer for that specific taste that I'm looking for and it didn't have that, and remember we were looking at recipes and you wouldn't tell me your secret ingredient, well I googled my own and I made my own yesterday, and needless to say it came out pretty damn good and better than yours (sorry). Sorry I'm super critical but I know what I like and I know what I had in the past living in Hawaii I've been exposed to the best foods ever. So I don't know what to say but cook it longer and it needs to be sweeter but you're getting there. but now that I made my own, and oh my God it came out super, and you got to cook it 7 minutes on one side and six on the other for perfection because the beef you gave me was pink in the middle.... and that's all I'm going to say for now You got my number somewhere. I got some of the squid hibachi and it tasted so sweet and so spicy with their chili sauce, They also make their own special chili sauce that is to die for and their kimchi is very well prepared and was not sour since they prepare them with proper preparation in consideration.
