I contacted several different dealerships reference being interested in a Yamaha V-Max. I was extremely impressed with Yamaha of Port Washington, WI. The owner Mike Eidenberger was incredibly prompt and detailed in answering my questions. I knew that I would be in good hands with this company of which I had never used previously. They far exceeded my expectations!

I showed up with my trailer, but hadn't fastened my wheel chock yet. Mike (the owner) jumped right on it and had it installed in 15 minutes. He rolled that motorcycle right onto the trailer, fastened it and I was ready! Mike had all of my paperwork completed and ready for me. I appreciated this as I had drove 4 hours one way (8 hours overall). So worth it!

Port Yamaha is a great place! Their price is the "Out the door price". Some other places advertised the same price online but when I called to verify, there were all kinds of other fees like doc fees, prep fees & shipping fees - adding $700-800 to the price. So their prices are great, but as important is the service & knowledge. I drove up from Chicago in December to buy my bike & Mike stored it for me no charge until the weather got nice this week. Mike then prepped it, changed the oil, & lowered the front shock for me, again all for no charge. He took the time to go over everything on the bike for me in Dec when I bought it, then again in May when I picked it up. Not to mention him loading it on to the trailer & fastening it down for me.
