I drop off my father watch after July 4 and I have not heard from them. Today is July 27, I finally got an answer, but it still not fix yet. Maybe , because I'm Asian.

This is the only text I got from Tom on the 8th after I dropped by that morning. You claimed that someone left me a voicemail on the 10th, if that's the case, why did your salesperson not tell me when I dropped by the week of the 12th. He says that they still waiting for the watchmaker to get back to them. I only get a straight answer from your salesperson when I called on the morning of the 27th. She says they were waiting for my return call, that was the first time I heard off it. Why do I have to call and drop by to get an update? ‐------------------------------------------------ Hi So! Working with Tom at Sharbuno Jewelers has been a wonderful experience. I saw a picture of a ring in a magazine. There was no information with the picture. I became obsessed with finding this ring! On a trip to Port Washiington, I showed the pictures to Tom. He and his team recreated the photo. I live on the East Coast, but i see more trips to Sharbuno’s in the future. I love my new ring.

Last Saturday, August 17th was our Fiftieth wedding anniversary!! My husband suggested we start our anniversary day with a trip to Sharbuno's Jewelry!! Of course I was on board with that!! I took my diamond rings along for cleaning/checking too!!

Upon arrival I turned over my rings to Tom Sharbuno for and expert check. I told Megan I was looking for "gold" earrings to commemorate our 50th anniversary!! She helped me pick out three pairs that I liked. Then suggested I could start a wish list for birthdays, etc!!
