I never leave reviews, but the service and unethical salesmanship at this establishment deems a review. I was charged $333.66 for accessories that I did not agree to buy. They purposefully upsell you and did not show me the receipt. The salesperson before asking for my card (after I already paid 270$ to buyout my old phone 10 minutes earlier) said “okay now this price is going to be high just because your paying tax on the entire 940$ new iPhone even though your doing a trade in you have to pay tax on the whole phone”. She was purposely framing me to expect a high price and not question what I was paying for, because they are trained not to show you the itemized bill or to tell you the price of screen protectors/cases/lens protectors. I handed her my card confused and asked for a receipt and she folded it up and put it in the bag. I then get to my car and realize they charged me 67$ for a screen protector that I did not specifically ask for. They charged me for a case (which I did ask for) and they charged me for a “Lens protector” which I did NOT ask for, nor was I told I was paying for. I go back into the store not 30 minutes after realizing they charged me over 300 for items I DIDNT want. And they were incredibly rude and would not refund me. I demanded a refund so I was told to come back on Monday when their manager Damante was there. I come back Monday and he was not there. So they told me to call before I come to make sure he is there. This is absolutely ridiculous. They take advantage of people and sell them ridiculously high priced items that customers don’t ask for just so they can make commission dollars off of you. This happened to me Saturday Jan 4th. And I just found out they did the EXACT same thing to my friends kid who is 17 years old. Charged her for everything they charged me for without asking her. This is just an authorized dealer whose main office is in Raleigh, NC, the company is called VICTRA. I had a personal account with 4 lines and wanted to upgrade an IPhone on the plan. They told me on a personal account I had to open a new line to get the $830 trade in credit but if I switched to a business account, we have a small business, I didn't have to open an additional line and would receive the credit. They also told me my monthly bill would be cheaper. The rep, Sierra, lied to me and they were very deceptive as a store. I did not get the $830 credit and they added 3 phone lines on my account which I did not authorize. My bill is over $100 higher a month now. I tried calling the store and asked to speak with the manager on two occasions, I NEVER received a call back. The manager is pretty much non-existant and very unprofessional!!! I have had to call Verizon directly MANY times and have spent a few HOURS on the phone. Verizon is stepping up and trying to help me get this mess all worked out. I have had an account at Verizon for over 20 years and never had a problem.    Read moreI bought a phone there last year. The sales associate said i wasn't eligible for any discounts. I questioned that because the phone was 3 years old, still said no. When my wife gets home from out of town she shows me I was eligible for $200 discount. Was able to get discount after calling Verizon. Today, I'm in the store with ONE sales associate who is busy with another customer. He does asked if I have a quick question, about 10 minutes after I get inside, I tell him no I'm here to buy a phone. He says ok goes back to other customer. I'm fine with that. After I've been in store for more than 20 minutes another customer comes. At 30 minute point still with original customer he asks new customer do you have quick question she says yes. He does quickly answer her question. Then she asks another question and now he's helping her find a new phone case. As he goes to ring her up he can see I'm irate so he asks me, "Do you mind if I ring her out first." Then looks surprised when I answer, "Yes, I do but you may as well finish since you're essentially done with her." I then left the store and will NEVER return again!!
