Great prices. Went to one of the competitors first... was absolutely shocked by the difference. Store was clean and the sales associates were more than helpful. Waited to have the items delivered before leaving this review. They delivered my stuff early in the middle of a snow storm and didnt complain once. I can even get that from a pizza delivery driver little alone from two guys that not only had to deliver it but set it up. I most definitely will be back to this place. They made me feel like i was the only person that was their and that my time was important to them. The coffee was a delicious touch and a nice pick me up. Just went back today for one of the used blu-ray players for only $25. It was a great experience and i will be sure to tell my friends about it. Thanks again. 02/14/2020 - update Keep your contacts folks. I have now been charged for a 13th month on a 12 month contract. I even received a call from them offering me a discount on a new agreement because my current one has ended. It seems the person doing the billing and the ones doing the sales are on a totally diffrent page. For the length of this one year contract I have been over charged twice, which the refunded only after I came to the store, and now I am being charged past the agreed dates. This now causes me to enter the store again to remedy the problem. I feel as if it is a ploy to get you in the store to buy more. Will change back to a 5 star depending on...
Read moreEven though we called the corporate office to make a payment arrangement - being government employees and having been affected by the shutdown, our local store has still been calling us two times daily, showing up at our house once a day and ringing the doorbell multiple times per visit even before we have a chance to get to the door. According to our verbal agreement, we will pay our monthly bill in full Thursday, February 14. I asked the employee who showed up at our house for the number to the Aarons legal department, went to go get a pen, and then when I returned he was on the phone laughing with a buddy while I stood there for 5 minutes waiting. I finally got fed up with standing there waiting so I told him to have a good night and shut the door. He proceeded to stand there staring in our door, making us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. I’ve never had a problem with them before - must just be the one guy. Oh well, I found the phone number myself and brought the issue to their attention. It’s really disappointing because I’ve always had such a great experience with them.
After telling them they weren't welcome to our house several times, and them coming onto our property despite our insistence though they assured us it wouldn't happen again, we had no choice but to file a harassment complaint with the local police department. It's out of our control...

I called 4 days later after receiving an email saying the washer had made it onsite and delivery should be within 1-3 days, so I called and Claudia I do believe is her name told me they were behind it won't be delivered until November 21st and I brought up concerns that my lease is due on December 1st and I would like it prorated since I do not have the product and I am on a lease for 10 days that I am not using. And she told me they couldn't do it and I just need to be patient. I called the corporate customer service number and the lady there told me the same thing that I need to be patient and that my lease was still due on the first of December. I think that is kinda dishonest and rude for them to not even try to make it right. I did call today and talked to Nigel and he said I was the 4th and last stop for delivery today by 3pm.
