I took a couple of large totes into the store to be purchased. Mind you,I didn't expect everything to be bought but I did expect a lot of it to. I laundered all the clothing and rechecked for stains,tears and such so I dropped it off. First,they never even called when they were done looking through my items! Second, they didn't take anything! Not one single piece that I brought in. My clothes are high end and well taken care of. When I got home and actually looked at the bins, no one even looked through more then half the large tote. I know because I put them in there a particular way and they were still in there like that. They passed on 12 pair of jeans (Maurice's, American Eagle,MissMe,big rock and buckle) countless sweatshirts, sweaters,long sleeve shirts from AE, Maurice's, Hollister and Victoria Secret just to name a few. No reason, just said they were passing on the items today and gave me a $5 off coupon. I will never step back in that store and have already told my friends about it and some have actually came and purchased from me! Their loss for...

I have bought and sold clothes here before. I got all my jeans, dresses, blouses and boots ready and put them in a big bin and a box and had a few blouses (one of which was a Calvin Klein) worn one time and new. Because a few items weren’t clean she assumed everything wasn’t clean.

The box and bin were very heavy and I have a bad back. She was done working at 3:50 and didn’t want to accept any more consignments even though I got there before 4.

She said the shirt wasn’t something in style so before I left I went and found an ugly non name brand ruffled at the collar white shirt that they accepted and said you mean you’ll take this old style non name brand shirt but you won’t take my clean new Calvin Klein shirt. This Asian yung woman who was probably a college student was counting the drawer down at 4:30 and was done working.

I used to love this store, however recently they’ve started posting a lot on social media and allowing people to hold things for long periods of time. Two weeks ago I stopped in to buy a longchamp bag they had posted. They said I couldn’t purchase it as it was on hold for two other people. They wouldn’t even let me be added to the hold list so I didn’t even know when people didn’t come in to purchase the bad and they reposted it on Facebook a couple of days later. My sisters and I have been shopping and selling here since it opened, but I’m so disappointed in this experience I’m afraid we will have to take a break from shopping here. I hope they change their hold policies soon as it’s not fair to loyal customers that actually come to shop and not just on facebook all day.
