This place is a hidden gem. Unique location but once you've been here, you'll be back. Came with my family and we tried a wide variety of their items. Food is more Asian Fusion than traditional. The Korean Corn Dogs were on point. Loved the Bahn Mi selections, great portions for the price. Pho and Ramen were so delicious, best broth around. They also have bakery items that were great too. On top of the amazing food, their Boba/coffee were great. Everything we had either met or exceeded our expectations. They have all the top food items in one place, can't beat that. Kalamazoo is lucky to have Paris Banh Mi!

Quality has dropped tremendously. They frequently do not even include basil or green onions with their pho anymore, even though they still advertise that they do. If you complain, they just give you the same excuse ("sorry we ran out") every time and expect for you to absorb their mistake. How can a Vietnamese restaurant with 5 total menu items not have integral ingredients for pho, while still charging almost $20 for it? I was given broth, boiled chicken, and bean sprouts, rather than what was advertised.

The food and service was excellent. Be warn for those that come here without kids and or that are sensitive to loud sounds. The playground is attached next to the restaurant without any walls or noise cancelling windows so it makes it really hard to dine in and enjoy your food. There's a really loud and obnoxious sounding instrument coming from the kids playground, almost like a loud air balloon tank. Video attached recording the sound.

Their banh mi was incredible, bread was a little on the thin side but the meat was cooked perfectly, you could feel and taste each ingredient, absolute heaven for taste and texture. I had their rice noodles special and it was cooked perfectly. I was HIGHLY disappointed in the Korean hot dogs. That was honestly the draw for me, which is really sad. They retained a lot of oil and just weren’t very crispy. Which is sad because it did taste like absolute top quality ingredients. There were only 2 guys working there and were doing their best. Also had their almond milk boba tea and lychee passion tea. Both incredible. I think it’s fairly priced and really enjoyed the kids play place too. The banh mi was like $9 and about the size of a foot long, to give an idea of price. I love that they have so many options for their kids menu too. Staying true to real quality food and good options for the kids is a win for me. Hope they get a chance to get some more staff and I think it would just be 5s all around. Kids play place has spots for all ages and a...

A bit frustrated, we come here a lot. We normally get drinks and a sweet treat which is always delicious then we play with our kids at HTN attached next door, for about an hour maybe an hour and a half then leave. The staff is always very accommodating and pleasant. This visit we came at 6pm and played first and I was gonna grab some food after. I was informed as I was looking at the menu at 7pm that if I wanted food I needed to order now and if I wanted a drink I needed to order it no later than 7:15 because the kitchen was already closing down. I decided to just grab a couple of ice creams instead so I wasn’t inconveniencing anyone. I use to work in a restaurant so I know what’s it’s like to want to have everything closed and cleaned up as soon as you can but there was a whole hour left for the...
