Good place, very friendly service. Prices are a little high but you save in gas by not having to drive to Lindsay, Tulare, or Visalia if you live in the Porterville area. Did have some trouble with my points in redeeming my rewards but Josh one of the managers there called it in to the IT department and it was taken care of in less than 48 hours he gave me his word and he kept it which is very honorable in my book, he also comped me a product the day before for the inconvenience and I thought that was very nice of him to do. When I went to redeem my points and was having trouble totaling up my mech a very nice young woman named Jessica kindly assisted me and helped me get a good bargain on my stuff. I walked in waited 10 minutes to get attended , while there was 2 people at each cash register (about 5 cash registers) for I don't know what reason but I finally got attended they gave my items to a cashier that was busy when there was others open.. so I waited about 15 more minutes to finally get to the cash box when now they have to close the cashier box and move my items to another cashier when there was more open still not busy! And then they ask me for the third time if I been helped like I'm fricken still waiting to buy 3 people literally walked in and walked out 😂 and they tell me sorry theyre having shift changes ???
