Poor knowledgeable customer service leave a lot of wants when it comes to knowledgeable at customer service desk and was constantly being given wrongful misinformation despite that I was being directly detailed in regards to what I was needing and wanting done onto my account only reason I am a customer "still" is because luckily I rep over the phone was able to figure out my problem and comprehend what was wrong on my balance and amend any further changes that needed to be done after having too deal with 8 over the phone representatives already annoyed and tired with a full on head ache the nineth one was from Hawaii Oahu Hawaii and was very respectful and kind not just trying to sell me more he helped a lot shout outs to him

Read moreLast i was in the store the guy was very friendly and helpful. I was returning a modem because they had sent me a new one. But last two weeks have been hell because our internet has been going on and off a few times a day. We've never had problems before. I called and even went online and all I get is that there is an outage in our area. I saw a spectrum truck close to out house but apparently nothing. Internet is still going down and I'm seriously considering switching companies. I wish I could ask around and see if anyone is also having issues and what spectrum is doing about it.
