Maurices — Local services in Porterville

I went to the this store to return some items and got treated rudely by Alicia in Porterville Ca . She did the return in an angry manner and purposely threw the pen on the counter for me to sign the receipt. She doesn’t represent Maurices well. This was not the first time either. Most of the time they couldn’t find my packages even though the Maurices’ customer service said the packages had arrive there. Did they really couldn’t find it or purposely don’t want to find it? Wonderful staff and very knowledgeable with sincere customer service. Been there a few times with my wife and the ladies made her feel beautiful and not so shy in minutes. In my opinion it was a great time seeing her look so confident walking out with what she wanted and at a good price....
