I can't recommend Tractor Supply Co enough, their employees and customer service are so exceptional I was left in happy tears! Angela and Aden are two amazing souls, Tractor Supply, Porterville, my family, and this earth are blessed to have them! I live in Southern CA and my 91 year old grandmother lives in Porterville. Due to the virus, she is stuck at home and for such a bright and able-bodied woman this has been extremely hard on her. She has purchased her gardening plants and supplies from Tractor Supply Co for years but she is unable to go and pick them up. I was in desperate need of finding a solution to provide my grandma with the gardening supplies that bring her so much joy. I called and Aden patiently read and explained to me EVERY variety of vegetables and herb available, answered endless questions about tomatoes and dirt, and put all the items I needed on hold under my name. Her expertise, patience, and joy in helping others made my day. I unsuccessfully called around trying to find a way to get them delivered to my grandmother and called back the next morning and spoke to Angela. Angela took it upon herself to find a solution to get grandma her plants and dirt! She paid out of her own pocket (trusting me to pay her electronically) and make sure my grandma got her plants hand-delivered that day!! I haven't heard that kind of joy in my grandmother's voice in a month! I am so beyond grateful for Aden and Angela to treat strangers like family and help me and my grandma when we were helpless. I have never received any notifications in my email. I've discussed it with store personnel and reentered my email address numerous times. I have contacted your help desk via telephone and still receive no rewards notifications. Being a frequent shopper, I've spent hundreds of dollars in your store. I have been assured numerous times that the problem is being addressed, but to no avail regarding my status.
Having given it some thought, I believe I may know the problem. When my email is entered into your system it is automatically changes it to upper case letters. Most email addresses are case sensitive. My email address is all lower case. I've mentioned that to store employees, as well. I have always been told it shouldn't make a difference.
However, I'm not sure of their technical knowledge or ability and would venture to speculate it just may be a problem. It has become so frustrating and disappointing, I don't even bother to give them my phone number any more. I've also heard from other shoppers and employees that it has always been a problem. That, too, is very disappointing and frustrating. I hope you can find some way to efficiently reward your loyal customers...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA few weeks ago my young neighbor found a newborn kitten and didn't know what to do with it. When I got home she came to me and said she can't keep it and gave it to me. I didn't know much more. I called Petsmart to ask if they had any milk and bottles so I could feed the kitten. They told me they couldn't look for me. I explained the situation and told them I couldn't come look and waste time. It was around 8:30pm everything was closing. I then called Tractor Supply and explained the same thing.They immediately told me yes they had them my fear was I wouldn't make it before they closed. (I live across town)They told me to come now I would make it. My daughter and I took the kitten and left. When we got there not only did they show us where to find everything they actually explained what and how to do it. Then the person that answered the phone saw us and wanted to see the kitten. She then explained other helpful things to help us take care of her. Even the cashier was helpful and caring.That was my first time in the store and it certainly left a wonderful impression on me.
