The employee with pink hair and glasses was incredibly rude and treated children with no respect. Not all teens are rude some are polite and well raised. In fact, I am constantly complimented on how respectful my child is. Thankfully, the manager was understanding, but it is so important to treat the next generation with kindness. Teens are learning how to navigate the world and do things independently. Belittling them or putting them down because they don’t order a drink correctly or don’t have enough money (especially when I could have been contacted quickly to fix the situation) is unacceptable. After 3 attempts at getting a chai tea that taste right, I am done. 1st attempt of a 6 pump chai tea latte, they made it cold with soy....NO. 2nd attempt......no 6 pump chai and tasted nasty.....NO.....3rd attempt....I got probably 12 pumps and no frothy latte.
