Jamba — Restaurant in Porterville

I actually love going to Jamba Juice, but today the young lady working seemed to be in a bad mood, no smile just a disgruntled look. As she was making the smoothies she threw a previous container into the sink from where the blenders are, then she proceeded to go to the back to get something, when she returned she threw the package of cups on the counter, as she was pouring the smoothies in the cup she seemed annoyed, when I went to get them she finally said thank you have a good day, my response to her was well I hope you have a better day. The only reason I go to Jamba Juice is because I purchase the cards from students who are doing a fundraiser in order to support our students in the community please know this is one incident but that can add up to more customers in...

Usually don't write bad reviews. But we just got done going to Jamba Juice. First we watched the Manager get a pitcher of orange juice that was only about 1/3 filled up with orange juice. We literally watched her fill the rest up with water from the sink. Idk if that's normally what they normally do but I already felt jipped from that. I had already ordered a large drink (they cost 8 bucks it better be good). But I think she made a medium because when she poured it into the large cup and it was about 3/4 full. So I watched her pour it back in into the blender and add another 3 scoops of ice to fill it up. It tasted like watered down smoothly. It sucks and I hate to write a bad review. But I won't...

Cashier was ringing up someone ahead of me and told me to order on tablet. The drinks I wanted were not on the tablet menu so I asked her and she said to just order 2 mango smoothies and she’ll make the two I want. (I told her which ones). Basically she forgot and didn’t tell the girl making the smoothies so of course she makes two large mangos and when i tell her, the first girl was like, “ohhhh yeahhhh i forgotttt."
