Panda Express — Restaurant in Porterville

Just left this place a couple minutes ago without getting my correct order. It was a long night and the young lady who gives the orders at the drive thru 890 N Prospect St with the long winged black eyeliner and red lipstick and a sloppy attitude gave me the wrong order and charged me more. They did a slow job and it looked like she was ready to clock out, well girl me too we’re all trying to make a living. Anyways, I simply asked for a (Plate and a small pepsi) simple right? Instead of giving me the (PLATE) she gave me the small bowl and didn’t get my Pepsi. I told her I ordered the plate and she proceeds to tell me the bowl and plate are the same thing, instead of giving me my correct order she rather have a whole negotiation in the line while over charging me and im just trying to get home. I really just wanted my correct order, she told me she didn’t get my “PLATE” on the order but at the drive thru I made sure my order was correct on the screen and she even said “THE PLATE”. Very disappointed with this place I come here OFTEN cause the food is good but it looks like I won’t be returning, they always mess up here. I don’t recommend coming to this...

Every time I get out of work late, I want some Chinese food, and this is the only option that is open. Let me tell you, it’s a pathetic mess!

The shrimp is cooked perfectly; it has a nice crunchiness and is flavorful, with a nice amount of walnuts. However, the orange chicken is so hard, NOT TENDER at all. It gets even worse: the noodles are hard and bland; they need more time to cook. This is a disaster! The broccoli is crunchy, but it’s so bland and flavorless. THIS IS THE WORST BEEF & BROCCOLI I have ever had. It’s so pathetic! It seems like the egg roll has sugar on top of it; it is so bland and needs a lot of work. It tastes so weird and like FAKE MEAT!

The atmosphere is nice, with bright colors everywhere. They just finished cleaning the place, which is a plus!

The customer service is the worst. They just stand there and laugh, like, hello, you have a customer! Leave that conversation at home. All the workers are just not happy; they take forever to say hello or give an update on your order. The good thing is they got everything right on the order, but this place needs...
