This place is horrible! Take your business elsewhere.
Pros: -I just got my car back a few days ago, and it feels like itās driving well and itās been repaired fine as far I can tell (I know nothing about cars though and am hoping for the best)
-The receptionists are nice. (Not even really a pro but if they see this, I have no complaints about the receptionists. They were receptioning just fine.)
Cons: -There was no communication for over a month except for when I called to get information.
I never heard from my estimator, Theresa. Ever. I was told sheād call me and brief me, multiple times in response to my inquiries.
I told them this was my first time dealing with an accident, but still no one ever explained anything that was being done or what I had to pay for. I was completely in the dark and there was no empathy of any kind. Just indifferent and incredibly casual to where you would think Iām dropping off a load of dirty laundry and not my freshly wrecked car that Iām upset about.
The entire process felt awkwardly informal and abrupt. My car was looked at by Dave (an estimator , but one that would not be assigned to me and looked like a random guy just hanging out in the parking lot and being nosy about my poor car), I was handed a clipboard to sign, was told it was getting towed away somewhere(??), and was escorted to enterprise for a rental. By Dave. Which I guess is nice, thank you⦠but there wasnāt any conversation about having choices or what the process was. Nothing at all to make me feel comfortable with them.
I kept calling to see when my car would be finished and was finally (understandably, after the parts arrived) given an estimated range of dates. Was also told that right before my car was finished that Iād get a call. I NEVER GOT A SINGLE CALL. My car was finished earlier than estimated though, right after I went through the hassle of extending my rental in person at the enterprise office for 30 min and re signing paperwork. i would not have had to do that if I got some sort of heads up. That was incredibly frustrating.
the pick up was carried out in the same fashion as the drop off. Like āokay thatās $500, hereās your receipt, okay have a nice dayā⦠everyone was nice, as in NOT MEAN, but so incredibly NOT HELPFUL...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo progressive gave me this shop info to have my car repaired. I thought everything was on the up and up. This was a massive mistake on my part, there was front end damage to my 2016 Toyota Corolla. They said it would take about two weeks to fix. I tried calling the shop multiple times with no answer. When I could get in touch they were somewhat rude. On the third week I called the shop and no answer. I called progressive and they had no idea what was going on with my car. I was minutes from reporting the car stolen when I finally got a call sayin that my car was finished and had been ready for days. I returned to get my car and noticed that the hood had noticeably been bondoed and the paint match was terrible. I said I would not take the car back until it was fixed correctly. They replaced the hood and I took the car. Almost immediately, I noticed the car was not driving as it used to. The traction control was not functioning correctly, there was a clunky sound in the front end when I hit bumps, and there was a humming noise at high speeds. I talked with progressive and told them that I wanted to have a different shop look at the car. At that point I took the car to Leifās and found that front end structure was bent to one side, they had used aftermarket parts from Taiwan without my consent, the fender bolt holes were drilled out to make it fit on the bent structure, they did not replace the wheel that had been impacted, they did not check any of the computer components, they did not check any of the suspension components. Basically they only worked to make my car ālookā better; not actually fix the underlying issues. If you value your car, I would strongly advise you to not go to this shop. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time to have this remedied. This shop should not be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm not generally one to write reviews, but my experience with NW Collision services was SO POSITIVE I felt that I needed to. My general MO when finding somewhere to have work/services done (of any kind) is simply to look over google reviews and see who has the highest ratings in combination with the most reviews - being said, after my exceptional experience with NW Collision services, I felt I needed to help pad their stats :)
Someone had side-swiped my 2020 Subaru Outback while it was parked on the side of the road. After submitting the claim and getting off the phone with my insurance company, I had a call from Theresa from NW Collision Services literally within five minutes to set up a time to bring my car in. Being as I am a graduate student, and don't have a lot of money, nor do I have rental car insurance on my auto policy, I was somewhat concerned about not having my car for awhile, and I knew it was take a minute to have all of the repairs completed (regardless of where I took it to). Theresa stated it would probably be a little over a week to get all of the parts and to perform all of the services that needed to be done (Fixing the driver's side door panel and door handle, driver's side rear door panel, front quarter panel, molding, rim, and checking the alignment). They literally had it back to me in three days.
The work they did was amazing!! Looks brand new. And I sincerely appreciate them for evaluating the alignment and other complications that could have happened as a result of the insult. Furthermore, they returned my car with the interior cleaned as well.
Really, excellent service, excellent communication, and very professional. I'd recommend them to anyone needing...
